Cancellation Policy

Booking & Rescheduling Policy At Stayin’ Alive Basic Life Services, we value your time and our instructors’ dedication to providing life-saving training and services. Please review our booking and rescheduling policies before securing your session. Booking & Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Once a session is booked, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the event of a provable emergency situation (documentation may be required). Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. A $25 rescheduling fee applies to any session that needs to be moved to a different date or time. If a second cancellation is requested (after an initial reschedule), you will be required to repay the full cost of the class to rebook. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the payment made and require full repayment for a new booking.
